I am passionate about transforming complex concepts into intuitive, scalable digital products. My career is driven by the belief that exceptional design bridges aesthetics and measurable business functionality.

Today, I specialize in crafting purposeful user interfaces that solve real problems. By integrating AI tools, I accelerate iteration and enhance user research. Whether designing a mobile app or a web platform, my goal is to deliver seamless, human-centered experiences.

I have a meticulous eye for detail because that elevates good design to exceptional design. This dedication extends to my stakeholder relationships. I take full ownership of every project, partnering closely with clients and teams to deliver high-quality, results-driven outcomes.

Mateo really stands out with his UX skills. I'm so proud of how he makes accessibility a key part of his design process. It's not just something he checks off, he really thinks about it, which takes his work to the next level.

Your questions

01

What kind of designer are you?

It depends on the project. I can lead through research and systems thinking, or shift into execution mode when the direction is already clear. I've worked across enterprise platforms, early-stage products, and creative industries. What changes is the approach. What doesn't is the standard.

02

How do you approach a design problem?

It depends on the problem. Sometimes that means building understanding before touching a frame. Other times the team has enough signal and needs someone to move toward decisions quickly. What stays consistent is checking the work against real behavior and goals, not internal assumptions.

03

How do you work with engineers and product teams?

As a collaborator, not a handoff machine. I get involved before decisions are locked in and stay close through implementation. The gap between a design and what ships is usually a communication problem, so I put real effort into making my intent legible.

04

How do you think about accessibility in your work?

As a product quality issue, not a compliance checklist. Accessible design is clearer, more consistent, and easier to maintain for everyone. I've built review processes, run team learning sessions, and been accountable for making sure things ship correctly, not just get marked done in a spec.

05

How do you use AI in your work?

I've built AI directly into my design workflow, connecting tools like Claude Code and Cursor to Figma via MCP. It removes friction between thinking and making. I use it to accelerate the parts where judgment isn't the bottleneck, so I can spend more time on the parts where it is.
